Foxes Bow Irish Whiskey 70cl

Foxes Bow Release 01 is a 43% ABV blended Irish whiskey with a deliberately different approach to maturation, bringing together bourbon barrel ageing with Oloroso sherry and rye cask finishes. The result is a whiskey with a naturally rich amber colour, floral notes and sweet vanilla on the nose, followed by ripe sherry fruit, warming spice and toasted wood on the palate. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering fruit and velvety vanilla rather than an overly heavy oak character. It is non-chill filtered, contains no added colouring and offers plenty of character while remaining an approachable Irish whiskey.
