The Evolis Badgy200 is a complete card printing solution for graphic personalization and instant plastic card production. It is designed for printing cards individually or in small batches. The complete Badgy200 solution includes the Badgy200 plastic card printer, Evolis Badge Studio+ card personalization software, one color ribbon for 100 prints, and 100 thick PVC cards with a thickness of 30 mil / 0.76 mm. The solution is available for use with PC or Mac. Card Personalization The Evolis Badge Studio+ software is used to personalize cards with text, logos, photos, barcodes, and other information. A free library of card templates is also available, allowing users to select and personalize templates according to their requirements. Printing on Demand Badgy200 allows cards to be printed as required, either as single cards or in small batches. This allows cards to be produced independently without requiring large print runs. The printer has a rated output of 95 color cards per hour. Data can also be imported from a database and added to card designs, including variable information. A print run containing variable data can then be started with a single command. Printing and Operation The Badgy200 produces professional-quality, edge-to-edge printing on personalized plastic cards. The printer is installed and operated in a similar way to a standard office printer. Blank cards are loaded into the front feeder, and printed cards are collected from the front output hopper. The Badgy Premium Suite software provides printer control from a computer and can provide notifications. Badgy print ribbons are designed for easy installation and are automatically recognized by the printer.
