Kompot by Vína Herzánovi is a light, natural red wine from the Moravia region of the Czech Republic. [1, 2] Winemaking: Half the grapes are pressed immediately as whole bunches, while the other half ferments on the skins in open tanks for 3 to 4 weeks. It is aged for 12 months in older oak barrels, and made unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
