The Koi Pond Original Drawing

A study on perseverance and fresh start. Koi are said to swim against the current, and daffodils are one of the first signs winter is over. Every scale on this koi was drawn by hand, layer by layer, with the daffodils and wattle added last. Details Original coloured pencil drawing on hot pressed watercolour paper Size: A3 W29.7 x H42 cm Framing suggestion This drawing pairs beautifully with a natural timber frame or a simple white mat, allowing the delicate pencil details to remain the focus. If you’d like to adjust the frame style, please reach out. I’d be happy to help tailor it to your space. Framed pieces are made to order; please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.
