Mountainside, shade-grown Transitioning to organic farming Varietal, Process, and Roast Varietal: 80% Arabica, 20% Robusta, blended after roasting Process: Natural, sun-dried Roast: Dark Founder's Note I chose this Lares Arabica and Robusta blend because it honors a more traditional Puerto Rican coffee profile. I roast it darker on purpose to bring out the bold character that stands up beautifully on its own or with milk. Other Details Will be roasted within 2 weeks of ordering date. Currently only sold as whole bean to ensure roasted coffee maintains maximum freshness.
