Birch wood dining table / desk by Alvar Aalto, early 1930s production with Finmar label. Provenance: Part of a private individual collection, England. Owned by the same family since new. In exceptional condition - The wood has a wonderful rich wood tone, the finger joins to the edge of the top are very prominent, the legs are perfectly straight and solid with no separation to the bends. The Finmar label is very clear. Very well looked after, light signs of use and no damage. All joints are good and solid. Dimensions (cm): 99w x 60w x 69h.
