NEW!!!! The PoulTree Chicken Talon & Perch Rod The PoulTree Chicken Talon & Perch is designed to work with virtually any pan, skillet, and handle combination. Insert the Talon bracket onto your handle. Then slide the PoulTree Chicken Rod into the hole with some downward pressure to lock in the Talon. The chicken will not move, but it will taste like Rotisserie! Use the PoulTree Talon & Perch Rod on the grill, in an oven, in a smoker, or even a large table top oven (like the ANOVA oven). It can also attach directly to a grill great, as pictured! Be careful not to submit your delectable bird to direct heat as that will char it and make it taste gross. The bundle comes with a marine grade stainless steel PoulTree Chicken Rod "The Perch" and the all new PoulTree Talon anchor bracket. Instead of rotating the bird around a heat source, the PoulTree allows for the hot air convection currents to rotate around and through the bird similar to an air fryer. This gives your roasted chicken an amazing flavor and crispy brown skin. The stainless steel PoulTree Chicken Rod is corrosive-resistant and will not rust. It may get a bit darker or blacken over-time, but it will be perfectly functional with thousands of uses. It will not bend or distort due to high temperatures. Dishwasher safe and stores easily!
