Bloom

A sculptural porcelain wall installation composed of 14 individually formed elements arranged as a suspended spatial composition. Developed as a modular system, the work explores rhythm, distance, shadow, and negative space through a constellation-like arrangement that shifts with light and viewpoint. Each element is hand-formed in porcelain and finished with white glaze and satin gold lustre, creating subtle variations in depth, reflection, and surface tone. Differences in scale, spacing, and orientation establish a balance between structure and irregularity, allowing the composition to feel both atmospheric and architectural. Each element is individually high-fired and mounted using concealed fittings, resulting in a distinct installation with slight natural variations in form and finish.
