RTH Shoe Kilties The inspiration came from the original Scottish kilties (and the Clydesdale feathering) blended with the global truths of fringe and bead ornamentation. Every culture has their version of fringe for function or fashion. You can add these kilties to any pair of lace-up shoes. Each piece has two eyelets for lacing.
