Balfour Cider is a refined and balanced cider crafted with a winemaker’s precision at our estate in Kent. Made entirely from fresh juice of Kentish apples — especially the dessert varieties Cox and Egremont Russet, balanced with the vibrant acidity of Bramley — the result is a medium-dry cider that marries softness and crispness. With a nose of freshly cut apple and a palate of pear-drop sweetness and fresh apple acidity, it delivers 5.4% ABV and is both gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
