Capella Blend
Our take on the classic Moka Java roasted and blended for Capella Market in Eugene, OR. Contrary to your first instinct, Moka Java does not refer to chocolate coffee. Moka Java is widely considered the first coffee blend back in the 17th century, combining coffees from the Port of Aden in Yemen and the port in Java. Keeping that more general, we blend our seasonally rotating Indonesian and Ethiopia Natural varietals to create something with both bite and body. Free shipping on all bulk coffee orders of five-pounds and more. Pickup and whole beans are available during our window service every day from 7AM-3PM.
