Bring the Heat To keep the crowd fed and the competition fierce, all teams must provide enough BBQ for sampling throughout the event. Bring your grills, smokers, secret rubs, sauces, and your best cuts of meat! From ribs and brisket to chicken, pork, tri-tip, sausage, lamb, and wild game—anything goes at this showdown. The Cook-Off Schedule 4:00 PM: Sizzle & Smoke (Smokers stoked, warming of pre-cooked meats begins) 5:00 PM: Official Judging Starts The Final Bite: Winners announced shortly after judging concludes.
