This type of fan, which has more wood in proportion to the fabric, opens and closes more easily, as the wood is heavier and glides more smoothly than fans with a higher proportion of fabric to wood. We handcraft it from unvarnished, hand-polished pear wood, combined with 100% cotton printed with certified eco-friendly dyes.
