Pie-Making Class: Peach Pie Pops Join us at I Love Pie Bakeshop for a fun and creative pie-making class featuring adorable homemade Peach Pie Pops made completely from scratch. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of working with pie dough while creating handheld pie treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. This class will be a combination of hands-on instruction and live demonstration, making it perfect for beginners and experienced bakers alike. Each student will make and work with homemade pie dough from scratch, learning essential techniques for rolling, cutting, shaping, sealing, and decorating pie pops. During class, you’ll watch a live demonstration on how to make a simple homemade peach jam filling using fresh seasonal peaches, then use the prepared filling to assemble your own pie pops. You’ll learn tips for creating flaky pie crust, preventing leaks, decorating pie pops with cutouts and finishes, and achieving beautifully golden baked pies every time. Each student will make approximately 15–18 pie pops to take home. You’ll go home with: Your own batch of freshly baked Peach Pie Pops, recipes for all items made in class for recreating them at home, and the confidence to make pie pops and hand-held pastries from scratch.
