Whisky Tasting with Lindores

Lindores Abbey Distillery, located in Fife, Scotland, stands on the historic grounds where the first recorded distillation of Scotch whisky took place in 1494. After centuries of dormancy, the distillery was revived in 2017, blending ancient traditions with modern techniques. This distillery has one of the longest fermentation periods in the industry (117 hours!) and distinctive 'sister' spirit stills named 'Poppy' and 'Gee'. We are delighted to be joined by Murray Stevenson from the distillery to share the fascinating story of Lindores, whilst tasting a range of whiskies from the range, including the brand new sherry cask release Nectere. In fact we will be getting a sneak preview, with the new bottling officially coming out on 25th June! Wahoo!
