Irish Chain Quilt with Fabulous Feedsacks

Block: Irish Chain Proportion: 80” x 80” Circa: 1930’s - 1940’s Notable Charm: The cheeriest basket of scrap feedsacks are united in creating a showstopper. Hand-quilted in contrasting red thread and bound in a fresh red and white gingham, this is a near perfect specimen of quilted goodness! I can only find one small spot which is depicted in the photos. There is a possibility that I have overlooked something. This quilt is in beautiful condition! We pride ourselves in a multi-step cleaning process to restore these vintage beauties. It is cuddle ready and, with proper care, your vintage quilt will bring many more years of enjoyment! Spot clean, when possible, and wash on delicate or by hand in cold water when necessary. Gently wring excess water and lay flat to dry. Some imperfections such as discolorations, fading, tears, and stains are intrinsic to the character of vintage textiles & offer a historical patina to the original design.
