Making chocolate from scratch by hand. In this workshop, you will learn what chocolate is, where it comes from, and experience the bean-to-chocolate process through hands-on production. The workshop follows a small-batch format, where 2–3 participants work together on one cacao batch. Solo participants are very welcome. Participants work with different cacao origins and compare the flavors at the end of the workshop. If you prefer a private session, we’d be happy to arrange one for groups of four or more.
