This early 2000's Comme Des Garçons dress features a ruffled sailor style collar, and 3/4 cuffed ballooned sleeves. The dress is crafted from a mid-weight cotton in a dark navy hue and falls just below the knees. The boxy fit of the dress makes it a very versatile piece for the closet.
