Their watering systems are in a closed loop so less water is lost from evaporation and drainage. Broccoli: Use on pizza, in soup or curries, omelets and stir fries. Popular for juicing and smoothies. Pea Shoots: Has a mild pea flavour. Use in salads, pasta, and stir fry. Rainbow Radish: Combination of Daikon, Triton, Rubi Steam and Red Radish. This microgreen adds a fresh, crunchy, spicy flavor and beautiful colour. Cilantro: Can be eaten raw or cooked. Mellow Mix: Broccoli raab, crimson clover, purple kohlrabi.
