Юридические поступки в частном праве: понятие и последствия

The article focuses on the legal nature of a legal act and its place in the system of legal facts. The author concludes that classification of legal actions should include, on the one hand, legal actions based on the autonomy of a person’s will (can be conditionally called as transactions in a broad sense) and, on the other hand, legal actions not based on the autonomy of a person’s will due to its irrelevance with regard to the legal consequences of such actions (legal acts). Thus, since the will of a person is irrelevant, the application of the rules on transactions to legal acts is excluded.
