Hoodie Weather is a brand new Black IPA brewed with Mosaic Incognito, Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus. We're welcoming the cooler months with a few darker beers and this hoppy treat could be exactly what the weather is asking for. Brewed with a complex malt bill to bring through a depth of flavours that marry perfectly into a hoppy and balanced flavour profile. On the nose we're getting dark chocolate and toasted bread coming through, with a citrus and pine filled aroma seeping out. Take a sip and you'll taste the aromas on your palate, with rich malt flavour blending with hop notes crispy pine and light resin, grapefruit zest and bitterness and just a hint of orange marmalade for the toasted malt notes to round things out. The finish is crisp, hoppy and leaves a lasting dark malt kiss. Perfect for snuggling up to in your favourite hoodie.
