Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask guests to review the following terms before booking our matcha workshops. Ticket Terms All tickets are non-refundable once purchased, as workshops are scheduled on a specific date and time. Guest Rescheduling Should you be unable to attend, each ticket may be rescheduled once, subject to availability: 7 days or more prior to the event Complimentary rescheduling to an alternative session. Within 7 days of the event Rescheduling is available with a £10 administrative fee. Within 48 hours of the event start time, or in the event of non-attendance No refund, rescheduling, or credit will be offered. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email and are subject to confirmation. Cancellation by Tea Parlour In the unlikely event that Tea Parlour must cancel or reschedule a workshop, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to attend an alternative session. Dietary Requirements If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us on arrival. Photography & Media Photos and short videos may be taken during the workshop for marketing and social media purposes.
