In this interactive class, students will learn how to design and style a stunning Mediterranean inspired grazing board using hand selected ingredients including olives, hummus, cheeses, fresh accompaniments, and more, all thoughtfully paired with our signature olive oils and balsamics. Guests will learn simple styling techniques for arranging decadent boards, balancing flavors and textures, and creating an elevated presentation perfect for entertaining, gatherings, or special occasions. Each student will build their own charcuterie board to enjoy and take home. All ingredients, tools, supplies, and your personal charcuterie board are included.
