Carrot Cake

Richly spiced, dense and moist, this is our most popular cake. We use freshly grated carrots and crunchy pecans. Between the layers and covering the cake is our buttery cream cheese icing with finely chopped pecans. Cake is three-layered and 9 inches in diameter.
