The Picky Chemist - El Dorado Double Ferment Washed Gesha

The Picky Chemist is one of my favorite roasters in the world. There is a lot of hype surrounding his drops, but we feel that it's very justified. Stephane has a full time job, and this is really only a passion project for him. We're huge fans of his work and are always thrilled to be working with him. Roast Profile: ultralight. He roasts on a stronghold and has a very light profile. Not quite as light as XLIII or Shoebox, but still decidedly UL with a solid intensity of flavor. My favorite Stronghold profile. Why did we bring this coffee on? We loved the Ecuadorian coffees we tried from TPC and are excited to compare them! We have a few coffees coming in from El dorado, so it will be fun to try them together!
