The Ultimate has been a true labour of love representing decades of experimenting with cheese and wine pairings, combos that have proved just too good to keep to ourselves! This year once again we have worked alongside wine experts, oenologists and winemakers to put together a selection of wines that are just as spectacular as previous years, and that create pairings that really sing. The cheeses are right up there as cheesegeek Hall of Famers. As always, we’ve gone for a British focus, supporting our incredible local cheesemakers. It’s a real showcase of their work - some you may recognise, some you may not. What isn’t in doubt is their quality, more than a match for anything made across the world.
