BENEFIT This is a synthetic (phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid) designed for high-pressure hydraulic control systems in power generation turbines. It is formulated using tri-aryl phosphates and is completely (trixylenyl phosphate (TXP)-free) to meet strict health, safety, and environmental regulations. Primary Applications. Electrohydraulic Control (EHC) Systems: Acts as the high-pressure hydraulic operating fluid in critical governor systems controlling steam and gas turbine throttles. Main Bearing Lubrication: Deployed as a specialty lubricant for the primary main bearings within gas and steam turbine trains, industrial generators, and associated coolant pumps. High-Risk Industrial Environments: Applied across auxiliary equipment running in close proximity to high-temperature steam lines or open ignition hazards where standard mineral oils represent a flash fire risk. .
