Weeping Waters - Avon Gothic Woven Blanket

She awakens hours before dawn, with a premonition of dread lodged in her chest. Though apprehensive, she cannot ignore the sinking feeling within, deciding to uncover the source. Led only by chamberstick light, she intuitively navigates outside, towards the quarry. As she approaches, her dread twists into a tangle of murmurs. Although desperate to turn back, she is unable to break free of the alluring voices. Dawn breaks and ravens swarm as she approaches the shoreline. The whispering waters invite her to venture in, compelled to drown. After a short time, a new raven emerges from the murky water, soaring towards the morning twilight.
