Product Description: Use the gel as needed to treat skin problems. It can also be used instead of magnesium oil to maintain magnesium balance. Its gel form makes it easier to use for massage. The gel feels slightly sticky and most of it goes into the skin. Leave for at least fifteen minutes and then rinse off. Zechsalgel is also used for compresses. Apply to the painful area (e.g. knee, neck, shoulder) and cover with hot compresses. Leave in place to warm the area for at least fifteen minutes, then rinse or wipe off with a warm cloth. Tip : absorption is much faster when the skin is warm (e.g. after a shower or exercise). Avoid contact with the eyes or superficial wounds. Contact may result in a stinging sensation.
