The raised section across the opening creates a natural resting place for the mouth while the small opening allows you to sip directly from the cup. Its surface is finished with a playful patchwork of earthy brown, warm ochre, soft blue and muted green glazes. Each colour meets the next organically, giving the tumbler the feeling of a little ceramic landscape, no two pieces will ever look exactly alike. With its handle-free form, it is easy to hold while moving around the studio, heading to work, sitting in the garden or taking your favourite drink along for the day.
