Walmart + Sam’s Club Premier Pickup Service Shop on Your Own Schedule. We’ll Handle the Pickup & Shipping. Shop directly from Walmart or Sam’s Club in Fishkill, NY, using your own account and preferred payment method—including EBT/SNAP for eligible purchases. CIG Essentials will pick up your completed order, prepare it for shipment, and ship it to your loved one at their NYS correctional facility. Service Fee: $99 — Shipping Included HOW IT WORKS 1. Shop Walmart or Sam’s Club Online Shop directly through Walmart or Sam’s Club using your own account. Select the items you would like to send to your loved one while making sure all items comply with the rules of their correctional facility. 2. Select the Fishkill, NY Location Choose the designated Walmart or Sam’s Club location in Fishkill, NY and place your order for pickup. Do not select delivery or shipping to CIG Essentials. 3. Add the Designated Pickup Person During checkout, add the CIG Essentials designated pickup person provided in your service instructions as the person authorized to pick up your order. 4. Pay Walmart or Sam’s Club Directly You pay Walmart or Sam’s Club directly for your merchandise using the payment methods available through your account. EBT/SNAP may be used for eligible items. The cost of your Walmart or Sam’s Club merchandise is separate from CIG Essentials’ $99 pickup and shipping service fee. 5. Send Us Your Order Confirmation Once your order has been placed, forward the Walmart or Sam’s Club order confirmation and pickup information to: (ALSO CC'd) support@cigessentials.com support@cigessentials.com This allows us to coordinate your pickup. 6. Customer Check-In May Be Required When your order is ready for pickup, Walmart or Sam’s Club may require you to check in through your account or app. If check-in is required, you are responsible for completing the check-in when CIG Essentials is ready to pick up your order. Please watch for communication from us so the pickup is not delayed. 7. We Pick Up Your Order A designated CIG Essentials staff member will pick up the completed order from the selected Fishkill, NY Walmart or Sam’s Club location. 8. We Prepare & Ship Your Package After pickup, CIG Essentials will prepare the qualifying merchandise for shipment to your loved one. Orders will generally ship within 24–48 hours after pickup. IMPORTANT SERVICE INFORMATION $99 Service Fee — Shipping Included The $99 service fee includes CIG Essentials pickup, preparation, and shipping of the qualifying Walmart or Sam’s Club order to the correctional facility. The merchandise purchased from Walmart or Sam’s Club is not included in the $99 fee and must be paid for separately through your Walmart or Sam’s Club account. EBT/SNAP Purchases Customers may use EBT/SNAP through Walmart or Sam’s Club for eligible merchandise, subject to the retailer’s payment rules and item eligibility. CIG Essentials does not process your EBT/SNAP payment. The transaction takes place directly between you and Walmart or Sam’s Club. Pickup Only — Do Not Ship Orders to CIG Essentials We do not accept Walmart or Sam’s Club shipments at our facility. This service is for pickup orders only. All orders must be placed for pickup at the designated Fishkill, NY location so they can be retrieved by our designated staff member. Out-of-Stock & Substituted Items CIG Essentials is not responsible for items that become unavailable or are out of stock at Walmart or Sam’s Club. Availability, substitutions, price adjustments, and refunds for merchandise are handled directly by Walmart or Sam’s Club according to the retailer’s policies. If an item is unavailable, any applicable merchandise refund must be issued by the retailer to the customer’s original payment method or according to the retailer’s refund procedures. Cancellations & Changes Any changes or cancellations to your Walmart or Sam’s Club order must be completed directly through your Walmart or Sam’s Club account before CIG Essentials picks up the order. Once CIG Essentials has picked up your order, we cannot make changes to the retailer order on your behalf. Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders for accuracy before pickup. Order Check-In Some Walmart and Sam’s Club pickup orders may require the customer to check in through the retailer’s app or account when CIG Essentials arrives for pickup. If required, the customer must complete the check-in promptly. Failure to complete a required check-in may result in a delayed or unsuccessful pickup. Package Weight Responsibility Important: Merchandise purchased directly through Walmart or Sam’s Club is not automatically included in the package weight shown for items purchased through CIG Essentials. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the combined weight of: Walmart/Sam’s Club merchandise + CIG Essentials merchandise when determining whether the package complies with the correctional facility’s package-weight limits. Customers should review their loved one’s applicable facility/package rules before placing their order. Walmart/Sam’s Club Orders + CIG Essentials Orders The Walmart + Sam’s Club Premier Pickup Service is a separate service from merchandise purchased directly from CIG Essentials. If you also place an order on CIG Essentials, the orders may ship separately unless you request that they be shipped together. If you would like the orders combined, contact us before shipment so we can determine whether they can be packaged together while remaining within applicable facility requirements. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for: Selecting merchandise that complies with the recipient facility’s current rules. Selecting the correct Fishkill, NY pickup location. Adding the designated CIG Essentials pickup person. Paying Walmart or Sam’s Club directly for merchandise. Forwarding the order confirmation to CIG Essentials. Completing Walmart or Sam’s Club check-in when required. Making cancellations or changes before pickup. Monitoring substitutions and out-of-stock items through their retailer account. Tracking the combined package weight when purchasing from both CIG Essentials and Walmart/Sam’s Club. PLEASE REMEMBER Do not have Walmart or Sam’s Club ship your order to CIG Essentials. Your order must be placed as a pickup order at the designated Fishkill, NY location.
