Designed for ceiling heights up to 9.18 ft (110.2 in), this 3-section folding attic ladder combines a durable wooden ladder with an insulated wooden box and a clean, white insulated hatch. With an R-value of 4.65, the 1.02-inch-thick insulated hatch with 0.79 in. of thermal insulation helps reduce heat transfer between your living space and attic. A single-seal system provides secure closure, while the hatch is finished in white on both sides for a clean appearance. The durable 3-section wooden ladder is designed for everyday attic access and supports up to 352 lbs. Wide, non-slip wooden steps provide comfortable footing, while non-slip protective feet improve stability and help protect finished flooring. For additional safety and convenience, a handrail is included and can be installed on either the left or right side. The ladder length can be adjusted during installation to properly fit the ceiling height.
