HYGROPHILA SIAMENSIS Hygrophila Siamensis is a fast-growing Southeast Asian stem plant in the Hygrophila corymbosa complex — "Siamensis" is in fact an older trade name for Hygrophila corymbosa itself, and this broader-leaved standard form is a different look from the narrower-leaved 'Siamensis 53B' cultivar we already carry. Both are the same species group; this is simply a different, wider-leaved trade form. Care tip: Hygrophila Siamensis is about as forgiving as aquarium stem plants get — it tolerates a wide range of water conditions and grows well without CO2, making it a dependable choice for new planted tanks.
