Specifications Material Handwoven Madur Contents 1 Table Runner Colour Black and Ochre Description The Madur Mat is woven mainly in the Sabong and Ramnagar areas in Midnapore district of West Bengal. There are three types of Madur that are woven- Erokha, Dorokha and Masland. While Erokha and Dorokha are simple enough to execute, Masland is a very fine quality weave requiring expert and intrinsic skills. Our collection is completely handwoven. মাদুর-ট্রে-ঝুড়ি উত্তরবঙ্গের কোচবিহার থেকে দক্ষিণবঙ্গের মেদিনীপুর – কোন অঞ্চল থেকে বোনা হচ্ছে বা কী ধরনের উপাদান তাতে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে, তার উপর নির্ভর করে মাদুর ও ঝুড়িতে বোনা নকশা ও তার আকার। কাঁচামাল সংগ্রহ করা থেকে মাদুর ও ঝুড়ির বুনন, পুরো প্রক্রিয়াটির জন্য বিশেষ দক্ষতা ও জ্ঞানের প্রয়োজন।
