Organic Buckwheat Penne

Years ago there was a pure buckwheat pasta available at the supermarket with no additives and no rice. This was so helpful as my second daughter is gluten free and had allergies to corn, soy, rice, egg and dairy. The pure buckwheat pasta quickly became her favourite but then it was deleted from the range. So frustrating!! I have been searching high and low for a pure gluten free buckwheat pasta ever since - we're talking YEARS - and have finally found it. This gluten free pasta is also grain free, made from pure organic buckwheat. Buckwheat gluten free pasta has a really wholesome taste and it is not bitter like many buckwheat products. I love penne - feels like the most versatile pasta shape there is - my favourite thing to do with this gluten free penne is a rich puttanesca with lots of fresh parsley.
