BellaVitano Merlot Cheese - 5 OZ Merlot BellaVitano is a beautifully rich cow’s milk cheese from Sartori, crafted in Wisconsin and finished with a gorgeous Merlot-soaked rind. This award-winning cheese brings together the nutty, caramel-like flavor of an aged Parmesan with the creamy, slightly sweet bite of a young Cheddar. The Merlot adds a lovely touch of berry and plum flavor, giving the cheese its signature purple rind and a deliciously bold finish. It is wonderful on a charcuterie board, sliced with prosciutto, paired with toasted walnuts, served with crackers, or enjoyed with a little semisweet chocolate for a sweet and savory treat.
