5-pound box of seafood, four times/year! Contains approximately 7 individually packaged, quick-frozen 12-ounce fillets or loins, or the equivalent of 10.5 servings. Health experts generally recommend eating at least 8 ounces (2 - 3 servings) of fish per week. Mixed box contains a seasonal variety of three to four of our hand-cut species (Albacore, Black Cod, Halibut, Ling Cod, Petrale Sole and Rockfish) quick-frozen and vacuum-sealed to protect its pristine quality. That's approximately 13 individually packaged, quick-frozen (12-ounce) fillets, or 19.5 servings. For home delivery, please let us know what day of the week works best for you for a 3 hour delivery window in the 'note' section. Home deliveries will be made the week following the pick up date.
