This unique top coat creates the perfect base for chrome powder to adhere optimally, allowing you to effortlessly create a beautiful mirror-like or pearlescent finish. Unlike a regular top coat, the Chrome Top Coat has the right properties to evenly absorb and work the chrome powder into the surface.
