Do not tumble dry, dry in direct sunlight or dry near a heater. Not machine washable. Air the mat in the shade after every few uses. Do not use detergents containing surfactants; they can clog the surface. Dry the mat thoroughly before storing it away. Safety & Handling The natural rubber content gives off a slight odour when first unpacked; it fades with use. Use only for its intended purpose - other uses may cause accidents or damage. Not edible. If a pet swallows any part of a damaged mat, consult a vet immediately. Not suitable for pets that scratch or chew; damage caused by chewing or scratching is not covered by returns. A fine powder may appear on the surface; this is a normal characteristic of the material and can be wiped away with a damp cloth. Do not use in the bathroom or anywhere it will be splashed directly with water or hot water. Do not soak the mat or pour large amounts of water or hot water over it, as this can cause deterioration or damage. Do not use over underfloor heating. Coloured liquids may leave permanent stains. The mat may feel slightly damp; this does not affect quality. Dry it in a well-ventilated spot if you prefer.
