Fit a fresh adhesive patch to either side of your nose and position the BreatheBand on your nose. Place the mouth tape horizontally over closed lips and press to secure. Sleep, and let both work. In the morning, remove the band and loosen the tape from the inside with your tongue before peeling away gently. ▶ Easily Remove Your Tape The longer the tape is on, the more firmly secured the adhesive becomes. There’s an easy way to remove it—no matter how secure it feels—by using your tongue.
