Blackcurrant - Cherry - Herbs Bodegas Pirineos was born in 1993 and is the founding winery of the D.O. Somontano. It is deeply rooted in local society and has staunch support thanks to the participation of more than 200 winemakers from the original regional co-operative. It boasts a wide variety of old, unirrigated vineyards beautifully adapted to the rural environment. It pours a deep cherry red, with fresh aromas of blackcurrant, cherries and Mediterranean herbs.
