Pool Lifeguard Training

WHO IS THIS COURSE DESIGNED FOR? This course is aimed at anyone who will be responsible for the rescue of others from water in a benign environment (sheltered beaches & swimming pools). COURSE OUTLINE AND OVERVIEW: This course will enhance personal survival skills while providing with the knowledge and skills to develop the level of judgments, technique and physical ability required to safely carrying out water rescues. To educate people in water safety best practices, rescue skills and behaviour to prevent drowning and water related accident. During the course, participants will gain an understanding of the pool/beach life-saving techniques, and basic styles that can be used for rescue victims to enhance skills on rescue swimming company requirements, recognize hazards on the pool, be certified as Pool & Beaches lifeguards & Sheltered beaches, and be able to save lives. Duration : 01 Day Certification : Inspire Pre-Requisites : Learner must be a good swimmer with a high level of water confidence.
