The Perfect aperitif wine. A vibrant and refreshing rosé crafted from Syrah grapes. Perfect for warm weather drinking with enough structure to pair with food. WHAT'S IT LIKE? NOSE - Rose petals and strawberry lead with delicate fragrance, orchard fruit adding soft depth beneath. A touch of musk and fresh herbs threading through - aromatic, lifted, and quietly inviting. PALATE - Watermelon and pomegranate arrive with bright, juicy energy, hazelnut and cream emerging through the mid-palate with a lovely softness. The texture is the thing here - the wine moves from fruit to richness to freshness and then quietly circles back, each sensation making room for the next. The finish is dry and mouth-watering, blood orange and passionfruit pith arriving with a clean, bright clarity that leaves you reaching for another sip. NOTES - Syrah grown at 220 metres in Seville, handpicked at moderate ripeness, whole-bunch pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve every bit of that Yarra Valley freshness and floral delicacy. A warm, early season that started with strong vine growth and finished dry - the kind of vintage that rewards well-established vines and careful picking decisions. A small touch of residual sugar adds roundness without ever tipping into sweetness. Provincial in spirit, textural in character, and genuinely hard to put down. Handpicked at moderate ripeness.
