The 100 Parables of Jesus - It’s Not What You Think!

Generally, people are surprised to learn that there are 100 parables told by Jesus. In fact, in Mark’s Gospel, it is stated that Jesus only spoke to the people using parables, telling stories and using natural pictures to convey spiritual truths. Our journey through these well-known stories and pictures will allow us to look at them differently. We will explore the natural before ever trying to understand the spiritual. For example, to better appreciate “the new birth”, carefully studying natural birth will reveal how perfectly chosen, the natural images Jesus uses, really are. You will then realise that the 100 parables of Jesus are simply “not what you think”.
