Created as hand-drawn artwork, the design layers wheels, frames, handlebars, and spokes into an almost architectural composition. Against the solid ground, the loosely rendered lines give the pattern the energy of a sketch while the repeated bicycle forms create a strong, modern graphic. Look closely and individual bikes begin to emerge; step back and they become pattern—circles, lines, intersections, and movement.
