Georges Remy is rightly renowned for his Pinot Noir which is completely understandable given his location in the heartlands of this noble grape. But if you're looking to really get to grips with his vision you need to try this pure Chardonnay. Bursting with tropical fruit and lots of grip and texture on the palate from the oak, it's a far cry from a steely Côte des Blancs Chardonnay, but a brilliant juxtaposition.
