Vallformosa Organic Cava Reserva (Spain)
A gorgeous Cava Reserva guaranteed to liven up any gathering! This is bone dry with a zingy freshness and a hint of lemon. Satisfying creamy bubbles and bags of sophistication. This Cava is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes. The first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. Average ageing of 24 months on the lees. Perfect aperitif! Also great with with tapas dishes or summer salads. Vintages may vary. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific vintage.
