It helps you to get grounded and build a safe and strong foundation while also warning off negative energy. Amethyst: Is a protective stone that helps to relieve stress and anxiety in your life. It is also associated with calmness, balance and peace, enabling you to switch off to disruptive thought patterns. Candle Information When you light this candle the crystals will sit on top of the wax while is burns. Once the candle has burnt to the bottom, you can add hot water to the jar which will lift the wax and leave you with the crystals to use.
