Vacuum Thermo PVC Press

The Vacuum Thermo PVC Press uses vacuum and heat for the application of 3D thermoforming films on curved panels. The machine processes PVC, PPE, ABS, and other thermoforming films using a single sheet without the use of a membrane. The Vacuum Thermo PVC Press features an aluminum work surface with grooves for vacuum propagation and a vacuum pump with a 200-liter tank. The heating chamber moves along linear guides and uses infrared heating. Infrared lamps allow the Vacuum Thermo PVC Press to heat up faster and transmit higher temperatures to the material being processed compared to traditional electrical resistors.
