Unusually high in Chardonnay for a non-vintage blend, it pours a brilliant golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles and a discreet, creamy mousse. The nose is lifted and floral: white peach, honey, vanilla and a whisper of brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a beautifully balanced fruit-to-acid ratio that makes it endlessly versatile.
